Con was born in South Dakota and moved to Phoenix in 1950. He is a Licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and co-owner of Headquarters West, LLC where he has over fifty years specializing in fee appraisal and brokerage of ranches, farms and other rural and recreational land. Prior to Headquarters west he worked with Western Farm Management Company (Doane-Western Inc.) He holds a B.S. Agricultural Economics from Colorado State University. His professional service includes serving as the Past National President and current member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is a member and was Vice Chairman of Arizona Board of Appraisal – 1991 through 1995 He is also on the board of UBS Agrivest Farmland Fund. In his community volunteer work he is involved with Valley of the Sun YMCA, Arizona National Livestock Show, McDowell Sonoran Conservancy and Project CENTRL.
