CENTRL REGIONAL CONNECTIONS (CRC)

The CENTRL Alumni Committee holds at least two Regional Connections throughout the year in  unique parts of the state. The events serve multiple purposes including reconnecting with alumni, recruiting future classes and meeting the current class. The Committee also helps to supplement and enhance the current class' curriculum by highlighting parts of Rural Arizona's economies that aren't covered: like tourism, the military, economic development, tribal relations and so much more!

    Building a Resilient Curriculum

    Thursday-Friday

    July 17-18, 2025

Thank you for helping to train CENTRL leaders over the past several years! We strive to make our curriculum the most resilient it can be; to bounce back from anything! Therefore, we invite YOU to join ALL speakers, tour guides and trainers of the recent CENTRL classes to help us do three main things:

    1. Create a THROUGHLINE for the entire curriculum from start to finish
    2. Discuss SUCCESSION planning for your topic area
    3. Consider how to build RESILIENT leaders with Roderick Logan

This dynamic, interactive two days won't be complete without your unique perspective! Julie Lancaster from Flagstaff will facilitate our time together guided by her philosophy of working with groups who are up for the adventure of leadership and believe in creating real change. Our Keynote Speaker, Roderick Logan from Litchfield Park has a compelling personal story that guides his mission to empower others to acknowledge their inherent strength and potential for growth, guiding them toward a more resilient future.

With our board members, alumni committee and curriculum committee all participating; you can help us strengthen the future for all CENTRL leaders!

We are delighted to host you with Registration REQUIRED before June 11, 2025. Click register button to the left to share your meal & hotel needs.
