Bio
Tiffany was raised on a 3,000-acre multi-generational cotton and alfalfa farm in Laveen, Arizona. After many years working for large corporations and almost ten years working in conjunction with the state and federal government, Tiffany wanted to be able to be more directly involved in agriculture.
In 2014, she created Consolidated Ag Consulting. Consolidated Ag Consulting's primary goal is to handle all of the time-consuming paperwork for busy agricultural enterprises. Along with her various clients, Tiffany was blessed to join a multi-family farming operation in Arizona as their Business Manager in late 2014. In 2022, she was able to transition her work in Arizona to a virtual office and now lives in Demopolis, Alabama with her husband, cattle rancher, Richy Naisbett. Along with their numerous activities they also run his wedding venue, The Cedars. www.thecedarsofalabama.com.
Tiffany previously served as Chair of Project CENTRL’s Alumni Council and is an active member of the International Leadership Alumni Conference Advisory Board.
