I am the manager of the Dairy and Egg programs for the Arizona Department of Agriculture. I am an expert in food safety and quality.
I grew up in Germany where I earned my degrees in food processing and business management. Now a proud citizen of the US and a Registered Sanitarian. I am in charge of regulating Arizona Agriculture to ensure food safety and quality, to protect the people of Arizona and the US.
