Bio
Dusty Glidewell was born in Sierra Vista, Arizona and spent much of her childhood in Cochise County, where her family has lived since the late 1800’s. She currently lives on her family’s property, near McNeal, Arizona, where she enjoys caring for her dogs, cats, horses, cattle, and poultry. Dusty was raised, lived, and worked on various ranches throughout southeastern Arizona and southwestern New Mexico. She earned a B.S. in Animal Science Industry with an emphasis on rangeland management from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

After completing her formal education at NMSU in May of 2008, Dusty returned to Cochise County where she has been devoted to providing leadership throughout the area. Dusty began her career as a Natural Resource Specialist in the Douglas Field Office in August of 2008. She has devoted the past nine years to working with local farmers, ranchers, and landowners towards the common goal of conserving natural resources and improving the health of the rural landscape. She currently serves as a board member for the Cochise County Fair Association (CCFA) where she contributes to local social and educational events that are important to the rural community. She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Natural Resources through an online program offered by Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. Dusty is proud to be part of Project CENTRL Class XXVI and looks forward to many great experiences moving forward.
