Bio
Levi Tappan is a United States Marine born and raised in Page, AZ. He loves problem solving and being outdoors with his family. He is currently serving as a city councilman between coaching soccer, softball and little league and being a father to 3 very inquisitive children and husband of 14 years to an amazing wife. While on council Levi has spearheaded the creation of a Parks and Recreation board and a Teen Advisory Council resulting in the city has completing a parks master plan and implementing upgrades to the 20-plus year-old park equipment. They have started rebuilding streets and completed a broadband project. This has brought true physical fiber optic cable to his federally land locked city allowing businesses and residents to join the 21st century, all while implementing a plan to pay off a 20-year-old city debt by 2019.

Levi has an associates degrees in business and diagnostic medical ultrasound, a Bachelors in Economics and a Masters in International Security from the University of Arizona. “Bear Down!” To pay his bills and support his civic activities he is employed by the Banner Health System at Page Hospital as an ultrasound technologist. There he performs diagnostic imaging for cancer and vascular disease as well as fetal anatomy scans for expecting mothers. Levi is a student of life and excited about the new challenges and opportunities presented by Project CENTRL.
