Melanie Tluczek holds a Masters Degree in Wildlife Ecology from Arizona State University, and has spent the past 15 years working in various Natural Resource Management roles in Arizona. Melanie currently works as the Executive Director of the Gila Watershed Partnership, where she oversees the general operations, finances, and continued strategic development of GWP as a scientific and community-based organization. Her non-profit
development and management experience includes building of successful programs from start-up to maturity, volunteer
management, fundraising, strategic planning, and board development.Melanie enjoys spending time with her 10 year old daughter, gardening, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
