Bio
David Edmunds is an Arizona transplant, having moved to the state in 2009 from a small farming town in central Massachusetts to attend the University of Arizona. After graduating with a B.Sc. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, David stayed in Tucson joining a research lab in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In 2018, he joined the Arizona Cotton Research and Protection Council (ACRPC) to expand and further develop the AF36 Program that works to prevent aflatoxins in crops.

David enjoys the outdoors, and has explored the beautiful state through his many backpacking, camping, and rock climbing adventures. He also appreciates traveling, both within the U.S and internationally, and the experiences they present. He is looking forward to the opportunities that Project CENTRL will provide and is eager to be part of Class 28.
