Bio

Katie is the 6th generation to grow up on her family farm in Northern California where she was very active in 4-H and FFA. These programs eventually led Katie to attend Texas A&M University where she competed as a member of the 2013 National Champion Livestock Judging team while pursuing a degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. Today Katie works in her dream job at the Arizona National Livestock Show. As Coordinator of Development and Engagement, Katie works closely with partners and key stakeholders to insure those programs and opportunities which helped shape her life are available to the next generation of agriculturalist.
