Michael Seronde is a Senior Analyst at ILLUME Advising, an end-to-end consulting firm in the energy industry. Seronde supports both qualitative and quantitative data research and evaluation projects for clients across the US. Prior to this role, he worked as a program manager at the University of Arizona Water Resources Research Center. He holds a master’s in Public Policy from the University of Arizona. Seronde is rooted in his belief that engagement in the policy process is essential for sustainability and social change.

Seronde was born in Flagstaff and has lived in Tucson for the past 15 years. Seronde is actively working to build a space for himself and his growing family within the Tucson community and throughout the region and state. In addition to his career in energy, Seronde is a blacksmith, bladesmith, and an enjoyer of process. Let’s engage in the dialogues and collaborations necessary to build the communities we want.
