Bio
Michael Seronde is a program manager at the University of Arizona Water Resources Research Center where he works in watershed planning, stakeholder engagement, and outreach. He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Arizona and is rooted in his belief that engagement in the policy process is essential for sustainability and social change.

Seronde was born in Flagstaff and has lived in Tucson for the past 14 years. Recently married, Seronde is actively working to build a space for himself and his family within the Tucson community and throughout the region and state. In addition to his career in water resources, Seronde is a blacksmith, bladesmith, and enjoyer of process. Let’s engage in the dialogues and collaborations necessary to build the communities we want.
