Carol Lewis, MA, is the assistant director at Yavapai County Community Health Services (YCCHS). Carol Lewis has worked at YCCHS since 1989.
She has served multiple roles working at YCCHS including the Woman, Infant, and Children program and health education programs. She started Yavapai Healthy Schools which is a program that promotes and recognizes schools that make health a priority. Carol Lewis was recognized as Community Youth Advocate by NorthStar Youth Partnership. She sits on numerous boards including the Arizona Rural Health Association, Northland Cares and Weaver Mountain Health Initiative. She received her Masters of Administration in Health Science from Northern Arizona University.
