Andrea Ortega is a Special Projects Consultant for the Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA) a trade organization focused on ensuring the access to fresh fruits and vegetables year-round across North America. Andrea has a strong background in marketing, communications, event coordination, and project management. In her role with the FPAA, Andrea oversees marketing and outreach efforts for the organization. Andrea also supports legislative and advocacy efforts.

Prior to her role at the FPAA, Andrea served as the Executive Director for the Tubac Chamber of Commerce. As the Executive Director, Andrea coordinated the 61st Tubac Festival of the Arts which welcomed over 17,000 attendees. Andrea is also involved with multiple non-profits in Southern Arizona, including the Greater Green Valley Community Foundation where she sits on the board.
