Bio
Becky Fawson was born and raised in Central Illinois and then relocated to Kingman, AZ in 1983. She worked for Don’s Office Products for eight years. She then joined the Mohave County Legal Defenders Office and dedicated 27 years as the Office Manager before retiring. Becky wasn’t quite ready for retirement yet, and since she loves to contribute to the community, in 2019 she took on the role of C.E.O. of the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce. In the past five years, she and her team have increased memberships and built effective partnerships with city and county departments, non-profits, and local businesses, excelling in collaboration.

In 1983, Becky met and married Renal Fawson, who owned and operated Aloha Plumbing until his retirement. They have two children together. Their son, Zane, holds a master's degree in aeronautical science and works as a consultant for Accenture. Their daughter, Valen, is an entrepreneur who owns The Creative Cottage, a boutique shop in downtown Kingman. Valen and her husband, Brennan, have three children: Payton, Carter, and Kentleigh.

Becky is actively involved in Rotary and Soroptimist. Over the years, she has served on numerous boards and enjoys volunteering for community events. Becky's favorite pastimes include traveling, hiking, boating, and watching sports with her family and friends.
