With over 30 years of experience in the food industry and a formal culinary education, Lydia has built a reputation for honoring traditional indigenous ingredients while offering modern, nourishing homestyle meals. As a Western Apache and Akimel O’odham woman, she is deeply committed to preserving her culture through food, storytelling, and community-centered events.
