Bio

Grant Boice of a fourth generation Arizona pioneer ranching family has been involved with the Arizona livestock industry for his entire life. Grant has been involved with the Arizona National Livestock Show for over 40 years, serving as Chairman of the Calf Scramble Committee, Director, Secretary/Treasurer, President-Elect and President of the Show. In 1985 his roll switched from volunteer to employee when he was hired as the Executive Director of the Arizona National, a position he held for eighteen years. Grant is Past President of the North American Livestock Show and Rodeo Managers’ Association and Past President of Arizona Fairs Association. He has served on the Governor’s Livestock and Agriculture Committee for 20 years and played an instrumental role insuring the continued funding of fairs and livestock shows by the State of Arizona. Although recently retired, Grant continues his involvement in livestock and agricultural organizations. Grant has continued his 25 year service as Assistant Treasurer for the Arizona Cattle Industry Research and Education Foundation.
