of Public Policy at Arizona State University. Board service: Desert Botanical
Gardens, Mesa Chamber of Commerce and National Advisory Council on Rural
Development for U.S.D.A., Farm Foundation (Chicago), and American Agricultural
Law Association.
Arizona native, multiple generation farmer/dairy family, Vietnam veteran (U.S.
Navy aviator), B.A. Business, Northern Arizona University, J.D. University of
