Bio
Jodi Brock-Olivares serves as the Center Coordinator for the Cochise College Willcox Center, where she is dedicated to expanding access to education and creating meaningful opportunities for rural students and families. Born in Tucson, Arizona, Jodi moved to Willcox at the age of 10 to help her family start a small ranch—an experience that rooted her deeply in agriculture, education, and community service. She is proud to be the first in her family to graduate from both high school and college, a milestone that fuels her passion for helping others reach their full potential.

In addition to her work in education, Jodi manages a small family restaurant and local meat market in Willcox alongside her brother, offering authentic Mexican-American cuisine and fresh, quality meats, cheeses and authentic Mexican products. Her commitment to her community spans many areas—she is a founding member of the Willcox STEAM Fest Project, a volunteer with the local Willcox theater and arts program, Willcox Chuckwagon and Ranch Rodeo and an active supporter of Industry Simulation Education, where she volunteers with Space Mission Competitions at both local and national levels.

Jodi has also volunteered for many years with the Cochise County Fair Livestock Auction, championing youth involvement in agriculture. She has been a dedicated member of the Willcox Quarterback Club for the past 10 years—an organization supporting high school and middle school and all local athletic programs—and currently serves as Secretary on its Board of Directors.

Whether in education, business, or volunteer work, Jodi brings a collaborative spirit, deep local roots, and a strong commitment to rural leadership. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching baseball and giving back to the community that helped shape her
